Styles that inform and inspire my teaching: I've been trained in the Tantric lineage and in Ayurveda. I am a lifelong learner and am often inspired by mother nature. I also love to deep dive into a topic seasonally and explore that in my classes to keep things fresh and to deepen your own practice.  

Why I teach yoga: It is part of my own dharma. As cheesy as it sounds I found part of myself when I discovered yoga. I absolutely love it and cannot imagine not sharing this ancient and relevant wisdom with others.

Why I practice: Yoga guides me back to myself each and everyday. 

What to expect from classes with me:  I try to weave in grounding, pranayama, and meditative aspects into each and every class. Slowing down, and tuning in is my motto when I guide classes.

When I’m not teaching yoga, you can find me: Walking on my favorite nature trail, often with my two boys in tow. I also love to lift weights, play tennis and am a huge Minnesota Timberwolves fan!  

Andrea teaches: Sundays Align & Flow at 9am and Sundays Beginner’s Flow at 10:30am
