Why I teach yoga: Yoga has given me the opportunity to continually show up and work towards a more balanced, peaceful, powerful, flexible mind and body. I teach so that I can share that, and connect with a community of people curious about this mind/body relationship and how it relates to their health, happiness, and human nature.
Why I practice: As a dancer and full-time fitness instructor, I demand a lot of my body. Yoga helps me keep it all functioning… some days more than others…!
What to expect from classes with me: I believe the keys to a lifetime of health and wellness are consistency, sustainability, and variety. To encourage those qualities my goal is to make each class fun, engaging, challenging, and safe for every student, no matter where you’re at. I’ll meet you where you are, and together let’s see where we can go!

Taking other fitness classes, probably! :D But beyond that my husband, Will, and I run a small video production company called MinneappleDV, so a I spend a lot of time shooting and editing events. We also have a 15 year-old greek tortoise named Dino. My favorite pastime is reading and I love to ride my bike and commute year-round - ask me about my studs!
