Why I teach: I love the physical and philosophical aspects of yoga and I feel so grateful that I get the opportunity to share this love with others.
Why I practice: In our modern world it is so easy to feel disconnected. Yoga is one of the things that allows me to reconnect and realize how my body, heart and mind are feeling in this moment.
What to expect from classes with me: Thoughful sequencing, holistic and fluid movement, deep breaths and good music!
When I’m not teaching yoga, you can find me: Painting, cooking, traveling and spending time with my husband and two cats
