Big River Yoga welcomes you. We strive to cultivate community by practicing yoga to remember and to celebrate our interconnection and the many gifts life has to offer. Yoga is a harnessing of energy through skillful action to align and integrate your body, mind and heart with consciousness, with love, with a “oneness” that emanates through everything. Our teachers have years of training and experience and we offer a variety of classes, including align and flow classes, vinyasa yoga, gentle yoga, restorative yoga, meditation classes and more. We humbly strive to share the deep and profound wisdom of yoga with you. All of our teachers are certified and registered with yoga alliance. Classes are taught with clear alignment instruction and encouragement to connect to your body, mind and heart. Chris Gordon is the owner/director of Big River Yoga.
To support your wellness, we offer massage therapy. We specialize in Thai Massage, deep tissue massage and relaxing swedish massage. Rest on the Biomat as you receive your massage session. This special device emits Far Infrared Ray heat that penetrates and warms the body from the inside out. It is deeply relaxing and healing.
